Planning your cosplay for an anime convention, Halloween, photoshoot, or special event? Please allow enough time for both production and international shipping. Our cosplay tails are prepared based on the selected design and customization requirements.
Cosplay Tail Production Times
Production time depends on whether you choose one of our existing tail patterns or request a completely new tail pattern.
Existing Tail Pattern: 1–2 Weeks
If you choose an existing tail style from our website, the typical production time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
This is the best option if you already like one of our existing fox, wolf, cat, bunny, tiger, kitsune, or character-inspired tail shapes. Depending on the request, we may also be able to adjust details such as color, length, markings, or proportions while using the existing pattern as the starting point.

New Custom Tail Pattern: 15–20 Days
If your character requires a completely new tail shape or pattern that is not currently available in our collection, please allow approximately 15–20 days for development and production.
A new custom pattern may be required when the requested tail has a significantly different silhouette, structure, proportions, or character-specific design from our existing styles.

Worldwide Shipping: Approximately 8–15 Days
After production is complete, worldwide shipping typically takes approximately 8–15 days.
Shipping time begins after your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, weather, peak-season shipping volume, local carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
Production Time + Shipping Time
Production and shipping are two separate stages. Please consider both when planning your order.
- Existing tail pattern: approximately 1–2 weeks production + 8–15 days worldwide shipping
- New custom tail pattern: approximately 15–20 days development and production + 8–15 days worldwide shipping
For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering early if you need your cosplay tail for a specific event.
Ordering for a Convention, Halloween, or Photoshoot
If you have a fixed event date, please Contact Us before placing a time-sensitive order.
Send us the product link you are considering, your destination, and the date you need the tail. If you are requesting a custom design, please also include your character reference and customization requirements.
We can review whether the requested timeline is realistic before you order. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless it has been explicitly confirmed.
How Can I Get My Cosplay Tail Faster?
If your event date is approaching, choosing one of our existing tail patterns is generally faster than developing a completely new pattern.
Start by browsing All Cosplay Tails and choose the closest existing shape. If you only need changes such as color, size, or other details, send us the product link and your requirements.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
Tracking may take some time to update after the package is first handed to the carrier.
Why Has My Tracking Stopped Updating?
International tracking may temporarily stop updating while a package is moving between carrier facilities, undergoing customs clearance, or being transferred to a local delivery partner.
If there has been no tracking movement for an extended period, please Contact Us with your order number and tracking information.
International Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees required by the destination country.
When applicable, these charges are determined by local authorities and may not be included in the product or shipping price. Customs processing may also affect the final delivery date.
What If My Package Is Delayed?
Shipping delays can occasionally occur because of customs, weather, peak-season shipping volume, transportation disruptions, or local carrier conditions.
If your package appears delayed, first check the latest tracking information. If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
What If Tracking Says Delivered but I Can't Find My Package?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then Contact Us so we can review the available shipping information with you.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to update the address before shipment. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, however, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.
